Blessings

Usually on Sundays, when we are getting ready, we listen to Pandora's LDS hymns station.  Yesterday I heard a song I had never heard before.  It is called "Blessings" by Laura Story.  This song hit me so hard.  I was bawling through the whole thing.  I think Tagg was a little worried when he got out of the shower and saw tears running down my face.
The message of this song is so true! Sometimes we want Heavenly Father to bless us in certain ways and when those blessings don't come the way we want them to, we get angry or upset.  My favorite line of this song is "What if trials of this life,The rain, the storms, the hardest nights, Are your mercies in disguise."  I have found that some of my greatest blessings have come through my hardest trials.  And my healing definitley comes through tears!
I prefer to just listen to the song and not watch the video, (I think it makes more of an impact) but this was the only way I knew how to share the song.
